How to Heal the Fear-Virus for Good

The Fear-Virus is running rampant at the moment and even more important than conquering the coronavirus, is to heal the Fear-Virus for good right now so that we as human beings can transcend this state of surviving, reinvent ourselves and thrive again.

I have been on the rampage this past week about the coronavirus, the conspiracy theory behind it, the feeling of powerlessness about it, and the urge to do something about it. Of course, we all know that trying to fight this is like farting against thunder.

Then it hit me, whether you believe in the conspiracy theory or the threat of the virus itself, the bottom line is that the whole world has been dumped into a black hole of fear. The mainstream media is doing a great job of spreading this darkness.

And the more we, or I, for example, write about it and share information about it, the more we energize it, the more we add fuel to the fear and play right into the hands of the fear-mongers spreading the F-Virus.

This is much more dangerous than any other real threat, because it plays on your imagination and like a virus, penetrates the neural pathways of your brain and poisons it with false information. Your brain doesn’t know the difference between what’s real and what is not. It also does not have any quality control mechanisms; it works with whatever it gets from you.

The F-Virus of Fear is short for False Evidence Appearing Real and activates the brain into Fight, Flight, or Freeze mode. What this comes down to is that you either fight by trying to do more, but whatever you do from a place of fear will only create more fear. And running away or feeling paralyzed doesn’t help you either.

When we are in fear mode, we cannot function, and most of all we cannot create anything new, because we see everything through the eyes of fear. This leads to you not getting up in the morning, thinking what’s the point? Or slouching around in your pajamas, hair in all directions, dirty dishes everywhere.

This is living life at a very, very, low energy vibration of darkness, and it will get darker and darker if you allow it. It will lead to feeling hopeless helpless depressed with no way out. It will result in you not releasing Dopamine in your brain leading to fill that emptiness with drugs, food, sex, alcohol, and aggression.

Does this serve you? Is this the way to live? Is this the reality you want to create – to be at the mercy of external forces determining your lifestyle?

Hell No! I say a definite and irrevocable NO and I hope that you agree with me.

So what do we do about this? We create the life we want despite what happens externally. Instead of paying attention to what we see and hear with our eyes and ears, we pay attention to what we imagine, to what we want to see with our eyes and ears. We stubbornly refuse to get sucked into the black hole and we do that by spreading light.

The Law of Vibration and the Law of Attraction work together to bring you experiences that match your energy vibration and are the result of your mind-body emotional state.  In other words what you think, feel, say and do.

It’s important to take ownership of your thoughts and emotions and to realize that these are your thoughts. However, here is a crucial distinction – you are not your thoughts, you have thoughts. The same goes for your emotions.

What that means is that you can choose your thoughts and emotions. You have the power to change your thoughts and emotions like you change your shoes.

The thing is that nobody can make you think, feel, say or do anything. It all comes from you. When you realize the power to choose what you think and feel lies with you, you have a totally different outlook on how you create your own reality.

As human beings, we are mostly spiritual beings and we were born with the power to create our own lives. So, we all are in this together, my friends because every one of us impacts the energy and expression of the energy around us by our thoughts, emotions, words, and actions.

What you think and feel does not just stay with you, it reverberates through the universe and continues to impact others. So, we can collectively drown the world in darkness by our thoughts and emotions of fear, anger, frustration, guilt, shame, and depression. Or we can uplift and heal the world by our thoughts and emotions of joy, delight, gratitude, abundance, appreciation, and love.

We have the power to create the world we want to live in because we have the power to choose.

It reminds me of what Victor Frankl wrote in his book, Man Search for Meaning. When he was in Auschwitz during World War II, he decided that no matter what was done to him, they couldn’t make him hate them. He stubbornly refused to be ruled by fear.

Here are some guidelines to get started.

When you wake up in the morning, don’t get up until you have flooded your mind and body with gratitude. Really think about what you are grateful for and feel it.

Throughout the day, look for what you can appreciate, in other words, take nothing for granted. Smell that hot coffee, see the blue sky, watch the sunrise or sunset.  Become a feel-good detective so that you tune into a high vibration continuously.

If you can at all, step outside and get some sunshine and feel the breeze on your face. Notice the butterflies and birds. Nature is such a fantastic teacher to show us the order of things just by observing them.

The mind and body are one system, so also use your body to support your feeling of wellbeing. Dance, do yoga or any form of movement even if you are in a confined space.

Take time out to daydream about best-case scenarios. Make sure you do this from a relaxed state. Put on some lovely music, daydream, make drawings or look for images in magazines or Pinterest that represent what you want.

Whenever you feel fear (you may pick up the vibration of fear from around you – remember we live in an ocean of energy) – is to just accept it, like you accept taking out the trash, or sitting in traffic. Don’t fight it, because then it will just get stronger. Become aware of your thoughts and just say no to them. Remind yourself of evidence that refutes the thoughts, because we tend to forget to count things going right.

Remember, the Infinite Power that created you is infinitely more powerful than any circumstance you may find yourself in. Align and unite your faith with it and co-create the life, business, impact, and income you want.
